Taragate™ 4-Strand Lifestyler Electric Gate with Tape

The original Taragate™ is an Award winning multi strand electric farm gate. Invented and developed by Kiwi dairy farmer Kerry Powell the Taragate™ is a proven performer and the preferred choice for NZ farmers for over thirty years.

Made of permanent materials, the Taragate™ Lifestyler Electric 4-Strand Gate is compatible with all electric fence systems. The multi strands are operated by the one handle for ease of use.  This option of the Taragate™ Lifestyler Electric 4-Strand Gate is recommended to contain smaller animals, including sheep. All of the plastic componentry is UV stabilised and it’s quick and easy to install!

The Taragate™ Lifestyler comes in kit form with all of the componentry needed to install the gate, including 25m of our Taratape Megagate (20mm width, 10SS). This is sufficient tape for the gate kit to fit any shape gateway up to 6m wide. The Taragate™ Multi-Strand Electric Gate is designed to maintain its tension over long spans, with the use of simple, durable, effective and maintenance free tension springs.

We recommend using our TaraTape MegaGate Tape, designed specifically for farm gateways. 100m Roll, 20mm width with 10 stainless steel conductors.
